Chicken Pot Sticker Dumpling鸡肉锅贴

All hand-made Chicken Dumplings or could be steamed and pan-fried as Chicken Pot Sticker. Authentic Northern China Dumplings. Comes in 20 pieces per box. Juicy, tasty. Tender texture. All chicken used is USA choice organic chicken and We only use chicken thighs to make sure it juicy and tender.

Cooking Instruction:

Steam- Take out Dumplings and put them in a plate, upside down. On top of boiling water, Steam for 12mins. Boil- Boil in boiling water for 13mins. Add 3 times cold water during the time. Pan-fried: Add a little oil into a pan. When warmed up, lay down your dumpling flat. When heated, add 2oz  cold water. Cover your pan for 8 minutes. Ready when the bottom turns brown.
